Thank you for shopping with Simply Wild Herbal. This Shipping Policy outlines how and when we ship orders placed through simplywild.store.

PROCESSING TIME

All orders are handcrafted in small batches in Lee's Summit, Missouri. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 to 5 business days after the order is placed. During high-volume periods or holidays, processing time may be slightly longer. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

SHIPPING SERVICES AND RATES

We offer two shipping service options at checkout. Both ship from our Lee's Summit, Missouri location.

Economy Shipping
- Free on orders of $50.00 or more
- $4.90 on orders weighing up to 5 pounds
- $19.90 on orders weighing 5 to 70 pounds
- Estimated delivery: 5 to 8 business days

Standard Shipping
- $6.90 on orders weighing up to 1 pound
- $9.90 on orders weighing 1 to 5 pounds
- Estimated delivery: 3 to 4 business days

You will be presented with available shipping options at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery address. Estimated delivery times do not include processing time and are not guaranteed by Simply Wild, LLC. Actual delivery is subject to carrier service.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update with the carrier.

SHIPPING ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please review your shipping address carefully at checkout. Simply Wild, LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to addresses entered incorrectly by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Reshipment shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package is marked delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors and household members and contact your local carrier office. If the package cannot be located, contact us at amy@simplywild.store within 14 days of the marked delivery date and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please retain all packaging materials and email us at amy@simplywild.store with photos of the damage within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
