We want you to love your Simply Wild Herbal products. Because everything is handcrafted in small batches with organic and wildcrafted ingredients, we have a return policy specifically designed for handmade personal care goods.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged in transit, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at amy@simplywild.store with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll make it right — at no cost to you — by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.

Unopened items

We accept returns on unopened products in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, contact us at amy@simplywild.store with your order number. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a damaged or defective product.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first — items returned without prior approval cannot be refunded.

Opened personal care products

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened personal care products including balms, creams, lip care, body butters, and herbal teas once the seal is broken. This is standard practice for handmade cosmetics and protects all of our customers.

If an opened product isn't working for you, please reach out — we want to know, and we'll do our best to help you find something that does.

Custom orders

Custom or personalized formulations are made-to-order and cannot be returned or refunded.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll email you to confirm whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven't received the refund, contact us at amy@simplywild.store and we'll look into it.
